Description

This module is one of the optional foundation subjects of the degree, which students can take to cover in more detail the Foundations of Legal Knowledge. The module examines the law of unjust enrichment and the academic and judicial debate surrounding its recognition as a distinct body of law. It analyses the components of an unjust enrichment claim and the restitutionary remedies available.
